Northern Arrow Fall Color Tour

DISCLAIMER: This excursion will be pulled by a Great Lakes Central Diesel Locomotive.

This October experience the autumn foliage of Northern Michigan in style with our annual Fall Color Tours, pulled by a Diesel Locomotive. Take in the color drenched beauty and enjoy a relaxing ride while visiting with friends, playing cards, snapping some pictures, or just settling in with a refreshing beverage and snack from our concessions car.

On October 12th and 13th, the Northern Arrow will depart at 10:00am each day from the railroad depot at the Kalkaska Historical Museum for a roundtrip, all-day excursion to Petoskey. Once arriving in Petoskey, passengers can take advantage of what this unique town has to offer by visiting the local businesses or grabbing a bite to eat. Information on activities and highlighted destinations will be provided on board the train inbound. The Northern Arrow will depart Petoskey at approximately 5:00pm for the return trip back to Kalkaska.
