We have had many inquiries about the possibility of adding coaches, extra dates, extra trips, etc. Unfortunately, we've maxed out every possible date, seat, and space we have available to run this year. On occasion, people do return their tickets so we will have seats open up here and there throughout the season. You can keep an eye on our website and posts on our social media pages from individuals looking to either sell or refund their tickets.

When purchasing a ticket from a reseller, please confirm all details of the seller; name, e-mail and phone number, the ticket order number, quantity, which train coach, dates, and times. Once you have the details above, please have the original purchaser call WhistleTix at (989) 399-7589 to transfer tickets to a new name, e-mail and phone number.

We want all of our guests to have the best North Pole Express experience possible. As with any on-line financial exchange, it is buyer beware. We advise to be aware of scams, never pay for third party tickets if you are unsure.
